Maidstone Therapies
is run by Mary Bartlett B.A.A., ITEC and T.A.Th. trained
professional therapist working in the Maidstone area
specialising in a number of holistic, complementary
therapies including Bowen Technique, Aromatherapy, Holistic
Massage and Thermo Auricular (ear candling) treatments.
As well as the above qualifications she is a Medic First
Aid Instructor and is also trained in Nutrition for
Complementary Therapists which (along with a general
medical background) enables her to offer help with a
wide spectrum of life’s conditions and problems. Maidstone
Therapies are also a Member of the Complementary Therapists
Association (IGPP) and the Aromatherapy Consortium.
Aromatherapy utilises a fragrant
blend of therapeutic essential oils mixed specifically
for you, unique to whatever your needs, re-vitalising
yet relaxing and healing.
Bowen Technique is a multi faceted,
incredibly gentle hands-on therapy involving tiny
moves across muscles, stimulating the body to
respond and heal itself accordingly of a multitude
of problems and injuries including long term.
Holistic Massage treats the whole
person, relaxing the muscles, improving the circulation,
recharging the body's immune system whilst calming
the emotions - a wonderful antidote to modern
stressful life.
Thermo-Auricular Therapy gently
and relaxingly treats ear, nose and throat conditions,
its efficacy attested to by its wide use by G.P.s
in European and American hospitals.
